How do I start playing?
You must download and install the software and set up an account to begin playing.
Once you've done that, you can open the game and click on 'Play Poker/Go to Tables.' Here you can click on buttons and tabs to find the kind of game you'd like to play.
You can observe any game by double clicking on the table name. Then, if you wish to participate in a game, just click on a seat.
What information do I need to give to open my initial play money account?
You are only required to enter your desired player name and a valid email address.
Once I set up my player name, how do I validate my account?
We require all new players to validate their email address once they establish their player name so we are able to communicate with them regarding their account. Once you download our software and create your player name, you will receive an email from us for validation. To validate you simply need to click on the active link in the email (if it is an active link, not all email providers accept active links). If it not an active link, simply cut and paste the link from the email we send you into the address bar of your Internet program. This will take you to your specific validation page. Once there, your account is automatically validated and you are ready to play.
If you do not receive an email from us within a couple of minutes after creating your player name, there may be a problem with your email address, or your provider is not accepting emails from us. If you have a second email address, you may want to send our member services department a message so we can follow up with you and troubleshoot the problem.
I have downloaded the software. How do I log in?
After you download the game you need to install it on your system. Once the game is installed, you only need to double click on the game icon to open the game. Step 1 listed below gives exact instructions on how to install the game. Step 2 is how to open the game. If you saved the download to your desktop, you will see an icon of a computer with the setup. Some Internet services save all downloaded files in a 'download' folder. The easiest way to find the file if it is not located on your desktop is to click on Start>Find>Files or Folders and search there.

Double click on the file and follow the instructions to install. After this is finished, a shortcut will be installed on your desktop.
Most systems will automatically open the game after it is installed. If the game does not open, double click on the game icon on your desktop.
Step 2: How to Open the Game and Start Playing Poker!
Open the game by double clicking on the same icon on your desktop.
If you are ready to play, click on 'Play Poker/Go to Games' to visit our Game Lobby. Use the buttons and tabs to find the type of table you'd like to play at. Single clicking on a table will show who is playing at that table.
Double clicking on a table will take you to that table where you can either observe or take a seat to play by clicking on an open chair and logging in with your player name and password. Remember: passwords are case sensitive.
Is there a minimum age to play?
Yes! Play is restricted to individuals 18 years of age and older, and who are residents of jurisdictions where the use of this site is not prohibited by law. Minors are strictly forbidden to sign up and/or play on this site.
